What types of stamps do you offer?
We provide a wide range of products including self-inking stamps, traditional wood-handle stamps, pre-inked stamps, and custom rubber stamps tailored to your specific design.
How long does it take to process a custom order?
Custom stamp orders typically take 2-4 business days to manufacture and test for quality before they are shipped out to you.
Can I upload my own logo for a custom stamp?
Yes, you can upload high-resolution files (JPG, PNG, or PDF) during the customization process. For the best results, we recommend black and white vector art.
How do I refill the ink in my self-inking stamp?
Simply press the stamp down slightly to lock it, slide out the ink pad, add a few drops of our specialized replacement ink, and slide the pad back into place.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard supplies. Please note that custom-made stamps are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our stamping supplies worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
